ChildFund Deutschland in Rwanda

ChildFund Deutschland supported a child care center run by OPDE, which cared for Rwandan children whose parents were killed in the genocide of 1994. Many of the children had been living on the streets. ChildFund provided funds to set up rice fields, the harvests from which help feed the children. ChildFund also supported education and medical programs.
